Intensive Milieu Treatment Program

The Intensive Milieu Treatment Program (IMT), located on our residential campus, is a staff-secure dorm for ten boys up to the age of 18, with a higher staff to youth ratio than the mandated general population ratio regulations.  Boys in this dorm can be stepping down from the more intensive ISAT program, coming to Harmony Hill for the first time, or spending a short amount of time in this program before moving to a different campus dorm.  Intensive on-site services are provided, including an initial psychiatric evaluation and weekly appointment with the psychiatrist for symptom management and medication review.  A doctorate-level psychologist provides weekly behavioral case reviews and strategy interventions with staff.  A master's level clinician provides at least 60 minutes of individual, family therapy and/or group therapy weekly.
